Here it is short recipe.
Mascarpone (1 boxe = 400-500g)
Sugar (1 and 1/2 spoon for each egg)
Separate the egg white from the yolk and beat the egg whites until stiff.
Mix the yolks and the sugar and then beat it, then add mascarpone, mix and add gently the egg withe. Mix untill you get a cream. Wet the cookies into the coffee and then create the first layer of the cake. Stretch the cream over the layer of cookies and keep going on like this for as many layers as you want. The last layer should be cream.
Sprinkle it with cacao and leave it in the fridge for at least two hours.
